Prusa Mk3S+

Filament

Hatchbox PLA

Maybe not the cheapest on the block but it's what I personally find to be most reliable. It comes in a ton of colors, is great quality, and is easily available on Amazon usually with quick shipping!

Fun Filament

MatterHackers "Quantum" PLA

While a bit expensive, this filament is well worth the cost if you're printing something special. The dual-color filament creates a color-shifting effect on any item you print with it, so as you turn the item around, it seems to magically change color!

Accessory

3D Print Removal Tools

These come in all shapes and sizes but in my opinion are a must-have item. These small spatula-like tools let you easily remove suck prints from the bed and also allow you to lightly scrape the bed surface to remove any leftover filament. Many kits are available, here's a couple options!
